Kenneth M Krenicky

Mr. Krenicky’s practice areas include the development of innovative solutions that will meet today’s demanding compliance-related standards of Good Corporate Governance including: Enterprise Risk Management; Crisis Management and Communications ; Risk Management Advisory Services (including risk program structure, risk financing alternatives and complex claim/insurance coverage support).

Prior to forming Core Risks Ltd. LLC, Mr. Krenicky worked for almost 30 years in various legal, finance, and risk management executive positions including nearly 20 years with Sanofi-Aventis, the world’s third largest pharmaceutical company, and its predecessors. As its global head of Risk Management and Insurance and as the Senior Vice President, Risk Management, of its predecessor, Aventis, he has become an industry leader in the development of risk management and financing solutions using both traditional and alternative methods. Of note, he led the effort that created Aventis’ award winning global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. He also has extensive Crisis Management and Communications expertise, playing key roles in malicious product tampering and global recalls, including Josacine and Starlink. Prior to joining Sanofi-Avenits, Mr. Krenicky was Senior Director of Risk Management and Benefit Finance at CertainTeed Corp., the US subsidiary of Saint Gobain.

Mr. Krenicky received his Juris Doctorate in 1978 from Temple University, and his undergraduate degree from University of Pittsburgh in 1974. Mr. Krenicky has served as a Director and on the Boards of numerous Life Science and Insurance Industry organizations and non-profits. He is a frequent speaker at global forums on emerging risk management and crisis management issues.
