 Mr.
Tait focuses upon the development of Enterprise Risk Management programming
from an operational perspective, Supply Chain Risk Management, and Business
Continuity/Disaster Recovery program implementation. He also supports client
initiatives in the development and review of corporate insurance and risk management
programs and in the development of International Risk Management Solutions
and Risk Financing program development
Prior to the creation of CRL, Mr. Tait
was the Vice President of Insurance for Sanofi Aventis, based in Paris,
France. In addition to his responsibilities for overseeing the Company’s
insurance-related operations, Mr. Tait was also responsible for developing
and directing the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management and Business
Continuity programs, and Aventis’ award winning supply chain
risk management program. Before joining Sanofi Aventis, and its predecessors
Aventis and Rhone Poulenc Rorer, Mr. Tait was a property insurance
broker, property loss control engineer, and business continuity consultant
for Johnson & Higgins and Marsh, and a loss control engineer for
Factory Mutual Engineering Association.
Mr. Tait received his Bachelor’s
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and his
Masters Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Fire Protection. Mr.
Tait is a founder and member of the Management Board of Core Systems
Group, LLC., a strategic partner of CRL that uses integrated tools
and information system resources to deliver integrated Business Continuity/Disaster
Recovery solutions and IT strategy consulting services, including
security assessment audits, IT/IS system implementation support and
numerous other related services.
