William A. Brady
Possessing more than 25 years of public and private sector business-oriented experience, Mr. Brady's practice focuses upon:
- Confidential Corporate Investigations: Objective fact-finding capabilities for confidential and sensitive internal investigations involving compliance and employment-related claims, including allegations of misconduct at both the rank-and-file and management levels
- Corporate Compliance and Ethics Programming: Assisting companies of various sizes to develop effective company-wide compliance and ethics programming and providing ongoing maintenance and workplace training support
- Corporate Crisis Management Planning and Communication, including Crisis Response support
- Corporate Litigation Management and Support: The development, implementation, and management/support of cost-effective case management programs
- Corporate-wide Training Programming on a wide variety of issues
- Extensive Merger & Acquisition, Due Diligence and Integration knowledge, experience and support
Mr. Brady's ability to combine and draw on vast public and private sector experiences provides a unique and dynamic approach to complex corporate issues and concerns. Prior to joining Core Risks, Mr. Brady held several senior-level legal and business positions. He was a founding Principal and the Executive Vice President of FullTilt Solutions, Inc., a venture capital-backed IT services and software development company. Prior to joining FullTilt Solutions, Mr. Brady was the General Counsel of IKON Office Solutions, Inc. (fka Alco Standard Corporation), a $5B international copier-related distribution and services company.
Mr. Brady received his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Syracuse University College of Law, and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, with a BA degree, with distinction.
