With more than twenty five years of professional experience in the risk and insurance sector, Ms. Brown focuses upon new product development and specializes in the assessment of complex risk exposures. She frequently helps organizations to manage their business risk cycle, increase innovation, and design new product solutions to emerging exposures.

Ms. Brown supports a wide variety of global organizations across numerous industries, helping them to achieve their objectives via:

• The development of new risk transfer and risk finance solutions to emerging risk issues;
• The strategic review of insurance program structures and coverages;
• External project management support for complex strategic change initiatives;
• Overall business improvement through the application of strategic change management methods and powerful coaching and training techniques

Ms. Brown's background includes experience in a number of senior management positions in the risk and insurance sector, including alternative risk transfer solutions manager at QBE International Insurance and UK underwriting manager at Munich-American Risks Partners, a subsidiary of Munich Re. Her roles have included portfolio start-ups, the development of novel alternative risk transfer products and the creation of new insurance products to meet the needs of sophisticated risk management buyers.

Ms. Brown, who is located in the UK, is a certified associate of Corporate Lifecycles and is trained and licensed to use their proprietary change management tools and processes. Ms. Brown acts as a coach and business mentor and runs training workshops on smart communication, influencing skills and creative problem solving. Ms. Brown holds an MA in English Literature and Language, is a certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and is affiliated with the Institute of Risk Management.
