Christine A. Jacobs
A proven leader and senior manager with thirty years of organizational leadership and well-defined expertise in General/Operations Management, Ms. Jacobs has a successful track record in a variety of challenging organizational and cultural assignments. She supports both domestic and international clients with respect to pharmaceutical product delivery issues, as well as challenges related to the direction and management of pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
Ms. Jacobs has significant global, multi-cultural leadership experience and is recognized for her change management skills in turnaround situations. Possessing broad technical operating experience not only in the pharmaceutical industry but also with respect to utilities, electronics and heavy industry, she provides her clients with a keen process/systems focus, as well as a wealth of operations management expertise. Ms. Jacobs also has extensive merger and acquisition due diligence and integration experience.
In the pharmaceutical sector, Ms. Jacobs was formerly the Vice President of Industrial Operations for Rhone Poulenc Rorer, directing the total supply chain for North and South America. her duties included plant management, customer service, distribution, quality, and safety. In the energy industry, Ms. Jacobs was the Senior Vice President of Operations for NRG Energy and led major improvement efforts for safety, profitability and performance. Earlier, she was President of Exelon Power, Exelon's generation unit for all of its fossil and hydro assets.
Ms. Jacobs also coaches, consults and conducts workshops on leadership, teamwork and people development issues. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.
